From the first call to arriving and being welcomed and treated, 5+ stars. Thank you, Jordan and Chelsea!! I'm visiting Vero and came down with the crud day 2. Spent 2 days in bed. Fever. Deep, scary cough. Typically great immune system, I generally do not get sick. Only thing I would do different...get to Elevate sooner. Chelsea is amazing, with perfect demeanor as well as knowledge. She checked on me, answered all questions. I actually started to feel a bit better sitting there in comfy luxury. 4 hours later... I am back to the land of the living! Energy is back! So grateful! Best money I ever spent! Great overall experience!

I had such an 10/10 experience with Kim. I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. She’s funny, kind, and has such a natural ability to read the room and match your energy, which instantly makes you feel comfortable. Her touch is very gentle, and everything about her approach feels genuine and authentic. That level of care is hard to find in Vero Beach. I would absolutely recommend her a hundred times over.

I came here because of my neighbors reccomendation. The people here are happy and cheerful, it is so pleasant to see happy nice young girls with a smile when you book appointments and are greeted nicely walking through the door. It is not like at my insurance providers so called Doctors, where there are scowley people you would rather not interact with. These ugly places are more like drug company dispensary operations and not much more woth distracted overworked doctors. The Doctor here and staff actually listens and discusses and helps advise and evaluate in concert with your own concerns. Even though my insurance paid for blood tests by Quest with my GP they were incomplete, worse yet my GP did not seem to care and just shrugged and said well let's do them again before your next visit. I paid out of pocket to have this location do a comprehensive blood test and I am glad I did, now I know what is needed and what is safe to take and that includes supplements with my medications, you have to be careful supplements are powerful and can hurt you if you have underlying conditions and or, are taking prescription meds. Based on my blood tests I received a B Vitamin shot as part of treatment which also includes prescriptions (this is not a new age hippy counter culture anti - pharmasutical drug placebo place ) and was introduced to supplements safe for me to take. I feel that I have received good guidance from Dr. Susan Bray and respect her wisdom and look foreward to the journey ahead with her expert guidance. I highly reccomend Dr. Susan Bray and ELEVATE Vero Beach truly a cut above the rest. This is not a Clevland Clinic / insurance company Monopoly gotta meet quota on numbers of people seen per day, treat em like cattle 15 minutes max and yer out of there down the cattle shoot operation as is all too common around here. If you are looking for a real Doctor and guidance towards health not just keeping you sick on pills this is the place to be. Thank you ELEVATE VERO, Chris.

Elevate is honestly such an amazing place. Kim did such a beautiful job on my lips and face — she really listened to what I wanted and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. The results look so natural and I truly couldn’t be happier. She is also so personable and fun, which makes the whole experience even better. You feel relaxed with her right away, and you can tell she truly loves what she does and cares about her clients. The owners, Jason and Heidi, are some of the kindest, most caring people. You can feel how much they truly care about the people who walk through their doors and the experience they provide. The whole atmosphere at Elevate is welcoming, professional, and just top quality all around. I would highly recommend Elevate to anyone looking for amazing results and a team that truly puts their clients first. ❤️-Catherine
